Description of Work: I called this gentleman last night and he agreed to come today between 12 and 1. It is now 9 pm and he has never appeared. I am so disappointed.

His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile is an asset that every business should strive for. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Description of Work: My family and I moved into Lubbock from Houston in a 24 foot box truck. We hired the Marine to unload our belongings into our new home. The Marine and his crew were very professional and made sure that everything was unloaded with care and placed exactly where we asked. He and his employees took the time to make sure that nothing was scratched or broken during unloading and even went the extra mile to help us get the large furniture set up in the rooms where we wanted it. We had to leave all of our appliances in Houston so we felt very blessed to find a mover that also had appliances for sale. We purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from the Marine and these are still working great.

+ -1 moreI called The Marine to remove my old refrigerator. He offered to come pick it up immediately or at a scheduled time that worked for me. He was punctual (arrived right away), professional and provides a great service. It would have been difficult for me to remove it myself, however, he was efficient and had no problems moving it out. I will definitely call him again!
Description of Work: The Marine removed and recycled my old refrigerator. He brought a truck and trailer, backed the refrigerator out of the space and removed it outside with his dolly for FREE!

Description of Work: We had purchased a washer/dryer. We knew the appliances were used, but trusted the "Marine", when he said they both worked very well. it was almost as if they were staged to work good a couple times, and then the real problems started. Washer does not rinse or spin very well, the clothes are left extremely wet. The dryer has settings that do not work. And the dryer door does not shut properly. We have to put something against the door so it wont pop open. So, all in all, we got crappy appliances for a not so cheap price. We thought for sure, that a "Marine" wouldnt scam people, guess we were wrong. Some people are just not honorable. sad. My husband was a Marine, Semper Fi.
