We contacted Raul to remove our carpet and install hardwood floors, paint a few walls and install tile in our bathroom. He agreed to the work and gave a rough estimate on pricing. He arrived with other men and went to work. They did not move our furniture, we had too. They pulled out the carpet, left it in the back yard then complained about our choice to use glue instead of floating the flooring. They came less and less over the next 2 weeks and did not finish the job. They left some concrete exposed in our kitchen and did not properly lay the floors and now we have planks coming up. They did not cover the furniture when they were "finishing" up the job and our leather couch has glue on it AND they used our new wood dining table for their equipment!! It has sratches and marks now. They said they would get the job done in one week and after a few days of 1 or 2 people working for 1-2 hours, they never finished. T-bars were not installed, the grout in the bathroom was not completed and they left the carpet in our back yard. After weeks of us calling Raul repeatedly, he came over the move the carpet from the back yard to the drive way, stating he would come back with another truck to haul it off. HA. That never happened. He was such a salesman, nice and promising in the begining- but after only a few days of work he turned into a nightmare. We confronted him after the first week and he continued to reassure us the work would be completed and to our liking. He is unprofessional and scams people so beware.
