The workers did not speak english. They spilled tar on patio furniture. The worst part was where they poured the tar down the roof vent hole which leads to the closet inside the house where the furnace/ac unit and water heater are kept. The tar poured onto everything inside the closet. The next worst part was where they attemtped to clean the tar off with something that smelled like orange juice mixed with gasoline. I wrote a letter to the owner and he never made any attempt to refund any portion of the price. Very unprofessional. 7/18/13 updated: please see the below invoice that shows this work WAS completed.
Description of Work: I had my tar and gravel roof replaced with rubberoid sheets which had to be installed with tar.

After thoroughly checking our customer files from six years ago we have found that we have not done business with Member. However, Roof Master & Construction takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Roofing is a messy job and we pride ourselves on the the job that we do from start to finish. We make sure that the job is complete and all clean up is done to the customers satisfaction before we ever collect a penny for the job that we have done.
