They are the worst and most dishonest business I have ever known. Failed miserably on a simple job. Won’t return calls and refuses to help us.

Great. I've used RICKY BOYCE PLUMBING HTG & A/C for more than 10 years for plumbing and air conditioning work. They are always prompt and professional.

The plumber was very professional. My daughter is in college and her rental house had a tough toilet clog. Many calls to her landlord hadn't helped. We called Ricky Boyce and they went out of their way to work with our schedule and get to the house as soon as possible. They fixed the clog quickly and no further problems at all. The plumber was extremely professional and the customer service is excellent. Look no further - RIcky Boyce Plumbing is the best plumber in Lubbock!

They had to fix what another company (Ambient Air) had previously screwed up. They were honest, reliable, punctual, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

My compress had fried. Ricky himself came out before lunch and checked my a/c. It turned out my compressor was out of warranty. Ricky took the time to research my options and called during lunch to give me my choices. Replace the compressor only, replace the outside unit or replace the inside and outside units. Of course there was a big difference in price and it ranged from $1900 just for the replacement compressor to $4795 for complete new inside and outside units. Since the refrigerant on my existing unit was being phased out, I chose to go ahead and replace it all. I plan on staying in my home and the new unit should be 25% more efficient than what I had. They had the new unit installed by the time I got home from work. It's been working great. Ben the technician that installed the new unit was awesome.

Ricky Boyce and his team are very thorough, and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Ricky Boyce to anyone looking for HVAC repair or upkeep.

Ricky is honest and effective. He was able to quickly identify this issue and was honest about saying it could be repaired for only $20. He could have stated it would cost much more. We have used him many times since this service call and couldn't be happier. I recommend him to others.

They are always very nice and reasonable. He actually diagnosed this issue and my husband did the work. We needed a new water heater. He came right out and he was willing to bring one back that same day. That was kind of really nice. Also we were looking at something else as well. It ended up that we had to replace the air conditioner also because it was in the same cabinet as the water heater. He is reliable and friendly. Usually they try to fit you in the same day. The cleanup was fine. He actually remembered me from the time previously and it has been quite a while. That was kind of nice. The receptionist is really sweet too.
