Description of Work: Raymond's provided an estimate to fix our washing machine, which was 12 years old. They showed me the pieces that were worn out, gave me two different prices (one if only the stuff we could see needed fixing, the other if the outer tub also had to be replaced, which could only be determined by taking everything apart), and then advised me that based on the age of the washing machine, I would probably be better off buying a new washer if I was able to do so. I appreciate the honesty, the fact that they came by the house the same day I called (about 6:30 p.m. to accommodate me), and the fact that their service call was very reasonable. Even though their work didn't go beyond an estimate, I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: I had a two year dryer that was taking at least 3-4 cycles to get items dried, and even then not doing it very well. Raymond came in and asked a few questions. He immediately told me he thought it was a combination of the dryer being too close to the wall and the dryer vent hose being too long. He moved the dryer and shortened the hose and told me to let him know if that didn't get it fixed. My dryer works perfect now. He also replaced the icemaker in my fridge. He was here for less than 30 minutes and got both appliances repaired. He was very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again.
