 + -1 moreI had a quick response to my phone request for services, with service provided the following day. One area was missed so I called back to request completion. I had to call again but response was then prompt and service completed. The times I called, got voicemail and left a message, I received a call back the same day. Phone communication was pleasant as was working with Derek. Overall a good experience and we would use them again.
Description of Work: We had the inside and outside of our house and garage sprayed for roaches. We also had pellets placed in the water meter and irrigation control areas.

 + -1 moreIt helps to talk with several company representatives. I had also discussed this with several friends who had had the same problem. Read information on the internet about the problem and the solutions.No one wants termites or the expense and problems involved.However, we feel that we had a good job done at a fair price.We did buy the warranty for the first year.
Description of Work: When I was having our house exterminated, a termite nest was found on the outside of our house. I contacted several companies and got similar plans of treatment; however, the prices were different. Dale, the owner of Pestime Extermination came out that afternoon,looked around, gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and the solution. He left information which I later gave to my husband. Dale and three of his men went around the entire house. They either drilled little holes in the concrete or made trenches in the dirt. After putting the treatment in the holes, the holes were plugged with concrete and the trenches were covered back up. Although the holes are noticeable now, they are suppose to become less with time.

Description of Work: We originally called this company in April 2011 as my wife found what she beleived to be a termite colony. They responded in good time, confirmed that it was termites and performed a treatment right at the spot of invasion, provided a quote for complete house tratment adn prevention. We called back in July 2011 for the full house treatment and to proved an annual house and yard treatment for roaches, spiders, fleas, etc. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. We will call them again if the need arises.
