Description of Work: They installed French Doors. The first set they installed the shades between the glass didnt work and the doors would not lock without extreme effort. They were called out several times to repair. When it finally rained last year they leaked horribly and flooded our bedroom. They were called again to which they replied they were warped. Hence the reason they would not lock or seal. So after a year they finally ordered a new door. Several months later they installed it. When it arrived it was not primed on the inside raw wood. At this point I was so exasperated I said just forget it. I had also asked them to pay for carpet cleaning from the water damage. Never did get a response on that one. When they installed the hardware they scratched it up badly and stripped some screws. They were suppose to order new hardware to replace. Several months again passed and I called as hardware was falling apart. They replied they forgot. Several weeks later after another call they had the hardware. Replace it and now cross your fingers everything is working. You would think after purchasing a sliding back door that Lopez Construction installed (thank GOD) and a front glass door that they did manage to install themselves properly and paying cash on every purchase they wouldn't forget and make it right the FIRST TIME. Oh well live and learn. I love the Pella product and would love to have them for my new windows. But real hesitate to give them a 10th chance to show me their lack of customer service. I will probably go with West Texas Exteriors for this next purchase.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. We had some really tall windows so there were a few problems. They had two panes of glass with a space in the middle so that they are more energy efficient. They had to replace two of these because they were defective and they did it without a problem.
Description of Work: Pella Window Store installed windows for us last summer.
