Did not hire them. Tried to contact them all morning finally received a call and he said he could schedule us for another day. Their website says 24 hour emergency service. Not impressed.

Description of Work: Great company. First they reset my opener, and then later came out to change out the door. The gentleman who did the work set the opener so that it works with the new car. Very pleasant and professional and worked around my schedule.

My garage door was open and I couldn't get it down with the control or manually. I called Overhead and was told someone would come within two hours. The repairman was at my door in about 45 minutes.He repaired the cable and oiled the door. He was neat, courteous, and efficient. I felt the charge was right.

The technician from Overhead Door of Lubbock arrived actually AHEAD of time! Andy was professional and his customer skills are the best. He fixed the garage door, placing an additional brace so that it shouldn't happen again. Thank you, Andy!

When the garage door stopped operating and new batteries in the remote openers did not resolve the problem, I went to Angie's List. The repair person accessed the problem: lights out in the lower area and a broken wire. This was the first problem since we bought our house over 3 yrs. ago. The problem was normal wear and our Texas weather. The repair was done well and should last 3 or more years. Angie's List is a great resource. It is the first place I visit for service information.

They did a really good job. The guy was really nice and he quickly fixed our garage door. We did not have a warranty but he was just efficient. He took care of it. He came when he said he was going to be here.

ASKED TO INSTALL NEW GARAGE DOORS AND ENCODE THE GARAGE DOOR OPENERS AT NEW CONSTRUCTION. THEY DID SO IN A TIMELY MANNER. CODED THE GARAGE SECURITY SYSTEM BOARD AS WELL. TIMELY EFFICIENT. PRODUCTIVE. INTELLIGENT ALWAYS SAME KIND SERVICE AND REPRODUCIBILITY IN THEIR WORKS DESPITE THE ATTEMPTS BY THE BUILDER TO TRY TO DERAIL THEM, THEY STILL CAME OUT ON TOP. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE. ONE OF THE FEW INDIVIDUALS THAT WERE NOT NAMED IN THE LAWSUIT INVOLVING MY HOME DUE TO THEIR GOOD WORK AND ETHICAL STANDARDS.
Description of Work: OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY WORKED ON MY MULTIPLE HOMES AND THE SERVICE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL, RESPECTFUL, ETHICAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY INSTALLED ALL THE GARAGE DOORS ON MY NEW HOME AND SINCE THEN THE DOORS HAVE WONDERFULLY EXCEPT FOR THE FEW ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTIONS DUE TO MISPLACED (GROUND SWITCHES) PUT IN BY THE BUILDER TOM MULLEN (REPORT FILED ). THERE WAS A TIME WHEN THE GARAGE DOORS AND THE WROUGHT IRON GATE TOGETHER WHERE SHORTING AND THIS WAS DUE TO THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES TOM MULLEN LEFT UNFINISHED. OTHERWISE GREAT COMPANY. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT ETHICS. EXCELLENT SKILLS AT INSTALLING AND WORKING ON GARAGE DOORS. GREAT ABILITY TO PROGRAM THE GARAGE DOOR OPENERS SO THAT OTHER WI FI SIGNALS DO NOT SET THEM OFF. PROMPT WITH SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP . DESPITE TOM MULLEN TRYING TO "UNDO" THEIR GOOD WORK THEY HAVE PERSEVERED AND THUS DESERVE THE ALL STARS.
