David was quick to respond to my request and was incredibly nice to me and didn't take advantage of the fact that I have no idea what to do/look for when it comes to getting trees trimmed. He pointed out limbs that were a problem and dangerous that I didn't even think about, like the limbs that were too low over the sidewalk and the limbs getting close to my chimney. Overall super nice guy and great service!
