Description of Work: Complete tile installation of master bath including walk-in shower and tub surround.

Description of Work: Mike Germany provided a written estimate. However he failed to call me back to schedule. When I called him, he assured me that he would start the shower in two days. Instead at the last minute he sent someone else. Some is the details included in the written estimate were conveniently forgotten resulting in additional fees. The third party proceeded to obtain water-proofing from Germany and I believed he answered to Germany as a sub contractor answers to a general contractor. The ceiling tiles were set wrong and had to be torn down and redone. The door and door facing showed raw tile edges; the sub could not cut the bullnose at a 45 degree angle. The upper corners were not cut at 45 degree angles. The recessed shampoo shelf is a total wreck! This is an unprofessional, in attractive job that will require expensive rework. Please, do not use Mike Germany or any of his subs (Chris Jester in particular.)
