 + -1 moreMalcolm was EXCELLENT! He showed up and did the work when he said he would. He cleaned up everything and advised me how long to wait until we could walk on the yard and allow the pets on the yard. He also advised when to water. Very pleased!

Description of Work: I just had Malcom Services fertilize my lawn. Mr. Malcom was very professional and explained that my lawn didn't need many of his services yet since it was only about a month old. He showed up in the evening and had the fertilizer spread in about 15 minutes. He then explained to me how much to water the lawn to have the fertilizer reach the roots. I thought the price was quite fair since it saved me the money of buying a spreader and fertilizer.

Description of Work: Pre-emergence on yard. a month later they came out and scalped the yard and they will be back in a few weeks to do the pre and post emergence. The crew was very friendly and polite.

Description of Work: I have a yearly contract which provides for pre-emergence, fertilization , deep feeding of trees and yard maintenance. I feel the yearly price, which you can pay by the month, is very reasonable and the work is well done, always on time. I never have to worry about how my yard looks because it is always taken care of beautifully.

 + 1 moreWe depend upon him to notify us when the application should be applied. After notifying us and setting an appointment date, he appears promptly. I am completely satisfied with his work. His prices are extremely reasonable.
Description of Work: Mr. Malcom applied a pre-emergent herbicide to our lawn. He is careful with his application and does a thorough job including our back alley.
