My name is Sebastian and I am the owner, licensed contractor, as well as the skilled tradesman who will be doing most of the work, while overseeing a small crew. I believe we were created by a Creator in His image to create! So I love to build and create through this type of work and choose to do this for a living! I have over 20 years experience in all areas of home remodeling. I started flipping houses in 2004 and been doing most of  the work myself since the beginning. We are a small boutique style remodeling company  focusing on one client at a time, so you will have our undivided attention and emphasis on personalized professional service, attention to detail, timeliness and an unwavering commitment to excellence in our  finished work.  We do not sub-contract any part of the work, so the buck stops with me! I 4x my investment in this duplex. Property was condemned by the city and they gave us 6 weeks to bring it up to code. They did a fantastic job! Gutted it down to the frame and had new plumbing, electrical, etc. Came out beautiful, especially considering how bad it was. Great service, communication and work on a timely basis. Strongly recommend them for any remodel job!
