We've used Kincaid Roofing three different times because of hail damage and have been very pleased each time. They took care of all of the insurance and one of Kincaid's guys met the insurance adjuster on our behave. Over a year after it was replaced the second time we heard a drip coming from somewhere. After a quick assessment, we were told the leak was coming in around the chimney. They replaced the chimney cap at no charge. Quick, efficient, and cleanup was to our satisfaction.

He was very professional in assessing and quoting our needs; very responsive to any questions we had; and a very nice person to deal with. I couldn't be more pleased with Kincaid Roofing. We've had our new roof for almost a year and it looks great, our electric bill has gone down. They we're quick, courteous and very professional. On top of having a great roof, they stuck with us and helped us when our insurance company and mortgage company both dropped the ball. Our mortgage company would promise the final check but it would never show up. When I explained the situation Kris Kincaid, he was extremely understanding and helped us by talking to our mortgage company. It was extremely frustrating and I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help resolve the situation.

Kincaid Roofing did everything that they said they would: They provided a nice selection of top-notch roofing products that were high quality while matching our exterior decor. They started and finished the job on time as scheduled and as promised. Salvador, the Job Foreman and Crew Leader, was extremely polite and helpful the entire time. He worked with us to make sure that their trailer was in a good spot to allow room for our vehicles. They kept the job site clean during the roofing process and left our property (and neighbor’s property) spotless upon completion. No nails and no trash! They also protected and shielded all of our trees and plants both days they were onsite. They followed up by steam cleaning the driveway to remove any roofing residue. Kris Kincaid answered every question, email, or text that we had before, during, and after the process to keep us updated. He also readily provided all documentation that the Insurance and Mortgage Company required. We highly recommend Kincaid Roofing and will certainly use them for our future needs!
