Completed in one day, but had to come back to repair broken boards. Crew was very hard working and worked well together. Crew "chief" was very diligent. We used Kincaid Roofing to roof the 9,000 sq ft UMC I-27 Medical Clinic. There professionalism in their craftsmanship shined as we handled every situation until the job was completed. Kris was easy to work with and when he said he would get it done you knew that he would and that it would get done with integrity. Give them a call!

My call went directly to Kris who listened to the details of my discovery and ensuing concerns. Although he was admittedly busy with at least 20 other calls that day due to the unusual amount of rain that had occurred recently, he agreed to prioritize his time to come out and investigate my situation and at least incorporate temporary protective measures prior to the arrival of additional forecasted rainstorms. Actual repairs were completed the following week. They were quick to identify and correct the problem and charged a reasonable price.

I decided to go with Kris Kincaid as he took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all my questions and generally put me at ease about my houses. The roofs were completed in a timely manner and the crew did a great job with the clean-up afterwards. The process was completely transparent and well executed from start to finish. I also feel comfortable knowing that Kincaid Roofing isn’t a fly-by-night operation that takes advantage of Homeowners during the Hail storms, and my roofs have a warranty which is a bonus! The service from Kincaid Roofing is amazing. I was unsure of whether to call the first company listed from the Reviews because my assumption was that the wait time would be longer. But fortunately for me I was wrong. The owner, Kris Kincaid, personally came by to do the estimate. He had a warm energy about him and his west Texas charm made me feel confident that I made the right decision. He made sure I was in the know in understanding what the job entails and how much it would cost. He walked me through the insurance claim and went line by line to ensure the money was distributed appropriately and then he personally went door to door to all my neighbors and dropped off a personal note letting them know that they would be roofing during what days and time. This guy is awesome! I can tell Kris is passionate about his job. This was one of the very few times where I genuinely felt like I had 5 star service. I had a hole in my roof and it needed to be repaired. They first put a tarp over it until it they could come out. Kris would call me every now and then to make sure that it was intact and that no water would get through. I would highly recommend Kincaid Roofing to everyone I know.

My neighborhood was hit hard by a real strong hail storm. My 3 skylights were broken and since it kept raining my house was getting wet inside . I kept calling them. but they were real busy and I could not get them to answer. I had already signed the contract and I knew I could not call someone else. I was a nervous wreck. It took a long time. But finally I got my roof done. They did a good job and cleaned up real good. I would definitely recommend Kincaid Roofing. communicating with them was very hard because my phone calls were not returned and then they delivered the shingles without letting me know, but I got home in time before the delivery truck took off. I checked shingles and discovered they were the wrong ones. I called the roofer and told him and let them straighten it out. The only thing I did not like was not notifying me ahead of time when they were about to do something.
