Description of Work: They replaced our roof after the spring 2013 hailstorm. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The crew showed up on time and finished the job on time. Our only complaint was that they did not completely clean up after themselves. A couple of wires on the back porch were left dangling and we found a few roofing nails in the carport. We would use them again. However, I'd keep a closer eye on the last day of work.

+ -1 moreI had a good experience with J Ferg Roofing and Foam. They were very clean. They things they had issues with, they fixed it - they broke something, but they fixed it. When I would call them, they would call me right back. They would get back to me within an hour. They were great.
Description of Work: They installed foam insulation in the attic.

Description of Work: Came to give me an estimate on hail and wind damage repairs. I was really happy with the professionalism of the guy that came out. He gave me an honest estimate and told me that he had the best deal if I needed my whole roof repaired, but told me it would be cheaper to find someone if I just wanted small repairs. They were the only ones that came out that week due to the high volume of estimates being done from ALL roof companies in town. They came by late in the afternoon, which i really appreciated because it set my mind at ease about my roof. I really appreciated them coming out past their work hours and giving me an estimate, and reassuring me the roof would be fine until someone fixed it. The only reason I decided to go with another roofing company was because they bundled my fence, roof and siding repair among other things.
