+ -1 moreAfter installing the latch, he discovered a sensor was not working. He removed the latch. After discussing it with Tom, I decided to purchase a new dishwasher. He did not charge me for the latch. He made two trips to the house.

+ -1 moreNothing happened as never came between 2:30-3:00 pm as scheduled and never called so had to go back to work!
Description of Work: Nothing! He never came or called me when he said he would be here! I finally had to go back to work! I will never call this place again! I just made a call for someone else to come out and look at my washing machine!

+ -1 moreI called Hub City at 8:30am and they said someone could be at my home at 1:30pm that same day. Tom showed up slightly early and got right to work diagnosing the issue on the dryer. He was friendly and professional and showed me what he was doing, including the broken heating element. He had the part with him and put it on the dryer in a short time. I would use Hub City again.
Description of Work: The dryer would not heat. Hub City replaced the heating element and it works.
