Very well.

Everything went as smooth as glass. I was even able to go online to Lennox. com and get tech support there to help me set up my wifi on the iComfort S30 Smart Thermostat and download the apps on our Android cell phones so we can control the unit anywhere we are at from our cell phones turning it on or off and adjusting the temperature accordingly. We intend to use it in a couple of weeks when we go to Six Flags Dallas and put it on vacation which will allow the unit to go to 80 degrees during the day and 60 at night while gone which is where we have it set but then we can get on our Samsung smart phones on our way back approximately two hours before arrival back in Lubbock and cancel the vacation cycle which will automatically turn the system back to normal which we have set to 74 degrees cooling which right now is freezing us out. The old unit at 74 degrees didn't do much at all!! This unit is quiet and uses a super clean filtration system which only has to be replaced once a year, or at best, every 6 months and Hart will come out and service it for us at that time replacing the filter. I saw how to do it myself and it is simple should we decide to do it ourselves. The unit is in an enclosed space in our garage next to a super efficient hot water heater in the same location and makes absolutely no noise at all. Whenever I had a question and talked to or called Brett or Keith Hart they always explained everything to me so I could understand it even when it didn't make any sense to me at all. LOL They will be back out in November when the weather is much cooler to put about another 8 inches of insulation in the attic. And, yes, I would most certainly rehire this contractor again. I have always used them in the past on my duplex I own here in Lubbock and will continue to use them. Rick and Judy Tarrant

Technician arrived on time. Serviced the unit in the attic, checked for carbon monoxide and heat output, changed four ceiling filters. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite and clean.

Exceedingly well. While the initial vendor I hired told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my a/c running--in the middle of August in West Texas(!), which subsequently meant an extensive hotel bill as well as the cost of repairs--Hart came out at 5:45 p.m. that same day and gave me a next-day timeline and many financial options to choose from. To their word exactly, the problem was fixed the next day and the cost was exactly what we agreed upon. I have never seen a more hard-working, polite team or a more honest company. I will be their faithful client moving forward--.

They gave me 3 different options for fixing the problem... from patching to complete replacement. I chose the middle option. Best yet, the final cost came in about $150 lower than their estimate. I will certainly use these guys again.

They arrived on time at 8:15 am and I led them around the house to point out the location of the vents and the unit in the garage. The foreman explained their procedure to me then they went to work:1. inspected the duct work in the attic and the unit in the garage.2. removed all vent covers.3, cleaned all ducts and vent covers4. cleaned the garage unit (made a recommendation concerning the proper filter to use)5. applied the sanitizer to the ducts6. replaced all vent covers7. vacuumed up debris8. the invoice was exactly the price I had been quoted

I can build my own package. I would use them again in the future.
