Our main complaints are the lack of professionalism of this company, failure to do what we requested, the general lack of communication and response from them and an unpleasant attitude when we've asked them to correct something. They stated a one-year warranty on the trees and shrubs but it took months of calling to get them to respond to our calls when we told them there were problems with some of the plantings. They often do not answer the phone or call back after we leave a message on their answering machine. Apparently they did not install the drip lines for the trees as we had requested as part of the irrigation system. We were generally happy with the quality of the plants and trees that were planted except that one of the trees and 2 shrubs died within a month or two of planting and it took many, many phone calls to get them replaced. The tree and shrubs were finally replaced in June of 2012, but no one ever returned to finish the lawn area that had been dug up around the planted tree. We were also not happy with the initial uneven dirt work and laying of the sod resulting in a bumpy front lawn. Near the end of the experience (this past summer) we did have a more pleasant phone communication with Kyle, but it didn't result in an overall satisfactory completion of the project. No one has come to check on the drip system for the trees or clean up the dug out area around the replaced tree.

It’s been really hot and so I’m getting things ready for the summer. They do advertise their services. I know they do television commercials. I don’t think they do any internal radio and I don’t think they have any information in the phone book. They are pretty good all around. They charged me by the hour and I don’t know what their hourly rate was. I will use their services again in the future.
