Dennis did an outstanding job. This is the third job he has done for us and I will hire him again.

I tried to hire several other people before I found them. They all said they would do the job, but never called or showed up when they said they would. Once I found Grout Works, the job was done quickly and looks great. Very pleasant to work with and he went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly.

Excellent work. Friendly and Professional. He followed up on everything. He had to cancel once due to weather, and he made sure to call ahead of time and promptly rescheduled. Came when he said he would--regrouted and caulked master bathtub/shower. We were so pleased we even had him look at another problem we were having in the kitchen with the ceramic tile (laid by another company who said it could not be repaired without taking it all up and starting over). He said he can fix it rather easily and at a reasonable price, so he'll come back in a few days to fix it.

Dennis arrived when he said he would, removed cracked tiles, replaced them, and regrouted. He did an excellent job and was very nice and professional. He left the room clean and I would hire him again if needed.
