Foster Roofing and Construction Company is the company to use when you need to get your roof replaced. We are 100% pleased with the excellent work Todd Foster did in replacing our roof. Todd and his team completed the job quickly and efficiently. Todd was extremely meticulous in his work, and pointed out some critical areas to me such as around the chimney and vents where he ensured water proof sealing was expertly completed. While I wouldn't wish to have our roof replaced again, should I do, there's only one company I'll be checking with, and that's Foster Roofing and Construction Company.

He was an excellent person to call. He was kind of backed up because of all the rain we've been having, but he came right out and he took a look at it and he patched it on the spot and he didn't charge me a thing. He says, if I have a problem he would be more happy to replace the shingles and put a new flashing at a real reasonable price. I was pleased with his demeanor, professionalism and he is easy to talk with. I didn't feel like he was trying to gain me or anything like that.
Description of Work: I've used Foster Roofing to fix a leak on my roof.

Todd Foster is very detail oriented, very friendly, and very diligent. Very Exceptional! His crew worked quickly to replace two roofs and they did a great job. Todd was always available and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Foster Roofing Co.

From start to finish, I found Todd extremely professional, and he listened carefully to my questions. I like being provided rational options when the situation allows it. It's clear that he has a deep professional background in this business.
Description of Work: Todd Foster provided an estimate for a roof leak near our chimney. Instead of recommending the more expensive option of replacing all of the flashing around the chimney and removing shinglesw back to the roof crown, he offered a two-step approach that ended up saving me considerable money. First, he re-caulked the aging existing flashing around the chimney to see if that treatment alone would prevent new leaks. So far, that has taken care of the problem, without progressing to the more expensive option of replacing the flashing ($ 1500 or more). In additional, he came back to check on the work and found a roof area damaged by tree branches that was previously overlooked by me. After I have the trees trimmed, he offered to return and replace those damaged shingles, which is exactly what I will ask him to do.

Overall things went very smoothly.
Description of Work: Replace a flat roof on commercial property. Replaced residential roof. Multiple repairs done on commercial property. Always prompt, follow-up on all jobs. Worked well with insurance adjusters unfamiliar with large flat roof inspection and repair, managed billing and insurance claims without difficulty. Also used on them for repairs on my personal property.

He was delightful to work with and very pleasant to talk to. Some roofers look sort of creepy, but Todd is very professional and has lived in the Lubbock area for many years. We had every confidence in his work and still do. They did a beautiful job. He even drove around with us to show us various types of roofs, colors, etc, before we made a decision.
Description of Work: We had to get a new roof after a hail storm. We waited until the hail season was over and got a reference for Todd Foster's company. He was great to work with and educated us about the type of roof we needed so that we didn't overspend. He also worked with our insurance company on the claim, so that was very helpful. I would highly recommend him. He put on a new roof and subcontracted to add gutters.
