+ -1 moreForster was subcontracted by CT Construction aka carpet tech. They were told to make an appointment to come inspect our house for roof damage and because we have a 6 month old baby. In addition we had a roof leak caused by the a storm. Dan Forster did not make an appointment and my wife and baby awoke to someone making noise on the roof. This terrified her and scared the baby. He then called after his so called inspection to say there was only $100 damage. He could not know how much damage was done because he failed to check for water damage in the attic. When I did get him on the phone, I told him he could not have made a complete inspection because he didn't even look in the attic to see what damage the leak had done. He then got mad at me and told me he was busy and didn't have time for this. I am a former home builder and have built over 50 houses so I know what I am talking about.

+ -1 moreFirst meeting was exceptional, they went over everthing in detail suggesting things I had not thought of. Work was preformed on time and the cleaned area very well. They handled the paper work with the insurance and kept me informed every step of the way.
Description of Work: They refoofed my home after hail damage. They went above and beyond my expectations, replacing and repairing things not in the estimate and without extra charges. They were fast, and professional.
