Water heater was leaking; called and they replaced it immediately. Very professional.

The service was fine and they were quick. There was not anything I did not like.

I took another route after all the frustration and the line was repaired by someone else. I had used Duncan since the early 90's ... they installed my central air and heat in 1993, I believe. They had done other plumbing work in the past with no problems including replacing my hot water heater. I had never had any issues with them in the past and have no idea why I received such horrible service this time. I mailed them a check 4-4-13 for $326.52 and told them that I felt totally ripped off. I held off submitting this review with the hope that they would show some integrity and drop the charges. The check was cashed 4-26-13, so much for integrity.

Outstanding. I was having washing machine drain problems, and I had initialy contacted Lowery Plumbing. They sent a "technician" with a camera, and told me I had root intrusion and crumbling sewer pipes. Later that week a salesman from Lowerey provided an estimate of over 21k for repairs. I contacted Duncan Plumbing for a second opinion, and their video technician said all the lines were fine, except for one small spot. Later that week the plumber supervisor came and gave an estimate of 3k for repair, but later decided a hydro cleaning would probably take care of the problem. They completed the hydro clean in about an hour, total charge was less than $300.00. I have had no problems since.

The guys were very professional. They ran all the new plumbing without a problem. We didn't really check prices of other places.

I had a plumber check a leak in my kitchen faucet. He came when he said he would, he was courteous and professional. It turned out that I needed a new fixture at the sink and he showed me why this was the case (rather than just telling me and not explaining it). He then came back and installed the fixture, and it worked great. I think any plumber will be a bit pricey since they charge a set amount for one hour of work whether it takes 10 minutes or 60 minutes to get the job accomplished.

The plumber noticed that the water pipe in the house brick appeared much wider than is customary for water pipes; then he realized it was also much thinner. As it turned out, the pipe had been expanded during one of the freezes we had (we were out of town during the worst weather here). After several attempts to insert a new pipe failed, he had to go into the interior of the house, a front bedroom closet of all places, and repair it through the wall removing and replacing the pipe. At that point, he also found out that it was a "botched" job by a former owner some years back - the closet's interior wall had been patched before and a non-regulation pipe piece inserted. This plumber spent a long time, hours, working on this. He was thorough, communicative, and purposeful while I was 'hearing' "Ca-Chings" going off in my brain, holding my breath. As usual, Duncan's cost was most reasonable; for that we are most grateful.
