Culligan Water Conditioning of Lubbock TX

Tom was prompt with returning calls and explained everything thoroughly about their system. Cost of service is per month; there is no purchase option. Compared to other providers in town, felt that the constant cost per month was a better deal than some of the other up front costs and filter replacement prices. Installer was early to scheduled appointment (which worked out great) and did a great job installing unit below sink, to ice maker, and through granite counter top.

They were super good. They replaced the filters and exchanged everything which they do once a year at no charge. They are so nice and so professional. They're so good. I would really recommend them. Everything was excellent. They're punctual. They clean up really good after themselves. They really do a good job. I think they're excellent on everything. I think they're less expensive compared to other places. Culligan is really good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The visit went as expected. The Culligan person arrived on time, did his work, kept the area clean, and left. Very quick and easy.

Everything was great. Ricky was quick and efficient, and he arranged things under the laundry room sink so that I didn't lose a lot of storage space. I have used Culligan in the past for water softening, and we use Culligan at work for R.O. water. All of their people I've ever dealt with were extremely nice, and if there is a problem, they are all over it until it is fixed. For home water softening and good drinking water, I wouldn't recommend anyone BUT Culligan.

They notify us when we need to change our filters. They replace the entire tank. The gentleman is nice when he comes out to change the tank.
