Crockett Drum Plumbing

I have been using Crockett's Plumbing since moving to my current house in 2006 and have been very satisfied with their work.  
In March of 2012 my a/c stopped cooling.  Crockett tried to get it going again, but I asked him about the cost of a new unit.  He did not try to sell me a unit, but I decided to replace it.  They installed a Carrier and it has been great.  This house had a heat pump which did not work very well, so I was pleased to learn that the new unit would replace the heating as well as the a/c unit.
In Oct of 2013 I bought a new dishwasher and Crockett's Plumbing installed it. The d/w I bought, however, was a little too short for my space and I decided to return it.  I bought another d/w from Sears, but since the delivery charge was so high I decided to use a different plumber to install the second d/w--one who would pick it up from Sears and then install it.  I was shocked when the new plumber charged me more than double the amount that Crockett's Plumbing had charged me to install the first one!
Once I thought I had a leak behind the wall in a bathroom, but when it turned out to be nothing, he didn't charge me anything.
Only once did I have to call them back--when the pipe under the kitchen sink had a small leak after the basket strainer was replaced--and they came back immediately and fixed it.
I have been very satisfied with Crockett's Plumbing--their services and their prices.

Crockett's work is always top notch. What's more, he has been so honest and dependable over the years that we have often left houses unlocked or provided him with keys so that he and his crew could work without our being home. He and his crew are always clean, They tidy up after themselves, and are careful to lock all doors if they leave our property when no one is home.
When is comes to follow-up, Crockett or one of his employees always comes promptly when called. We have occasionally had plumbing emergencies over the years, such as leaking pipes or HVAC outages in hot or cold weather, twice even on holidays, and Crockett himself has often come soon after our call and fixed the leaks, etc., once even on Christmas Eve when a water pipe started leaking and spraying badly at a joint.
We've always trusted Crockett to be up front and honest with us when we consider modifications to our plumbing and HVAC systems. Just today, Crockett called me to tell me that we should not purchase the tankless water heater we had inquired about yesterday for our pool house. He said unless we had soft water in that building (which he knew was not needed), the manufacturer would not warranty the heater, and he advised us to go with a traditional water heater at about 1/4 the cost. Other plumbers had simply given us quotes for the tankless heater and praised them for their return on investment, never mentioning that hard water would ruin them quickly and prevent them from being warrantied.

Easy and simple...Have used Crocket Drumm for 10 years...Never been dissappointed.

Crockett does a good job. He is always very punctual. He always gets the job done quickly. His price is always fair. I don't know much about plumbing and its prices but as far as my interaction with him goes, it has been excellent.

They were pretty good. They came out here the same day we called them. They fixed the problem. They didn't just try to sell us a new hot water heater. I think the price was fair or my wife would have said something.

Overall, my experience with them was good. I would grade them highly. I would use them again in the future.

Crockett is very honest! He's not going trying to get you to pay for something unnecessary. His rates are reasonable and he's great to work with overall!

I found them through a referral from a friend. They are absolutely the best and I have recommended them to all of my friends.

1. There was no time line for the job.

2. Crockett Drum has no business being a plumber and "shot gunned" working on a 10,000 sq ft custom home.

3. As is obvious by this report, like begets like, the builder and the plumber.

4. Crockett Drum took no notes and made no effort to take care of a JOB HE WAS PAID IN FULL FOR.

5. TOM MULLEN TOOK HIS 10 PERCENT CONTRACTOR FEE.

6. Now they both are subject to public scrutiny here thanks to Angie's list.

7. Please run away from him, actually both of them.

8. If you are bored and want to have a negative experience and want to get an attorney and go to court. please use them then.
