Consider It Done

Initially, the owner of this company seemed professional and organized. However, after putting down a deposit for agreed-upon decorating consultation, unpacking after a move, and organizational services, the actual services received were either not provided in a timely manner, not provided at all, or poorly done. I made reservations for four workers for a Monday and Tuesday, and indicated that I might need the same help on Wednesday. I was reassured that would be provided. On Monday, only the owner and one worker showed up. Later in the day, a third person came to work for a short time. Workers did not stay a full 8-hour day. Just before leaving on Monday, the owner told me that she had to decorate another customer's house for Christmas on Tuesday morning, and wouldn't be able to come to my house until after lunch on Tuesday. Again, only two workers showed up on Tuesday afternoon, with a third coming for a short time (about 2 hours). On Wednesday, the owner was over an hour late. One person showed up on time, and a third came later. Organization of drawers, cabinets, and closets are now having to be completely redone in most areas where work was completed. For example, in my kitchen, I found tea in three different locations. Coffee pods were taken out of the correct boxes and crammed into random boxes, making it impossible to tell what coffee we have without dumping the entire box. Hot pads were in the drawer next to the sink and dish towels were across the kitchen (away from the sink) in a drawer. Plastic storage containers were in the dining room rather than in the kitchen. Pots and pans were in three different locations in the kitchen rather than grouped together. The utility room was similarly organized, looking like things were just put in the cabinets to get them out of sight rather than putting them in other areas of the house that made more sense. For example, all the cleaning products were put in the laundry room cabinets rather than being distributed among bathrooms and sink areas. Beach towels were in the laundry room cabinet rather than being put in the pool bath. Calls were not consistenly returned. Invoices contained very little detail, making it difficult to discern whether the charges were correct. For the second payment, my credit card was charged before I was provided an invoice, and not only were the charges inaccurate, my credit card was charged $400 over the amount of the invoice. To date (9 weeks later), the money has not been refunded as requested on multiple occasions.

I had acquired 4 houses of stuff from deaths in my family. I was drowning! These women came into my home and organized and made it beautiful again. They ask the hate questions about whether you should keep it or not!!! Very reasonable on price.....hated to see them go...was trying to think of something else I wanted organized and gone through...

The owner and company does it all. She is prepared to do anything in your home. She is friendly, creative, and extremely eager to please. She is just delightful.
