They did a good job. They were kind of expensive. I was not pleased with the cost but I was pleased with the work.

They came same day I called. Sam was great. He replaced the capacitor. He explained what he did and the warranty for the capacitor. He was friendly and professional.

I called the day after Memorial Day and they had a guy out less than 1 hr after I called! He went out to look at the unit, fixed it in 20 minutes and was on his way which let me head back to work quickly! He was so polite and explained what happened to the part that broke and how he fixed it. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!!!

I called in early and ask could they come out since temp was hitting over a 100 degrees that day. Nicely greeted by their operator and she said they would call before coming and should be before noon. Received call at 9:00 am by tech and he said he could be at my home in 15 min. In 15 minutes he arrived wit his tools in hand and after a couple of test determined the problem. He explained problem and parts and labor cost and had the part on his truck. Within 45 minutes after arrival tech was finished, invoice was as stated and a/c was tested in several locations for appropriate temperatures and it was fixed. Tech Sam explained other services they offer and I would use them again gladly. Top notch service and promptness from all involved.

Comfort Masters Plumbing, Heating and A/C are very good. We had some Air Conditioner problems and they came out. Some lines were clogged up or something. They came out and fixed it, no problems. You call them, they come right out when they said they would. We talked about what we thought the problem was and they looked at it and it was less than we thought. Their people are just great. They are honest, responsive and punctual.

Comfort Masters Plumbing, Heating and A/C know what they're talking about. They get things done right the first time and don't have to come back a lot. When they say what's wrong, they know exactly what's wrong. They'll tell you what's got to be done and what parts need to be used. They get busy and get it ordered or if they've got the part, they do it. They answered all my questions. They told me what they can do for me and they did it.

Called Comfort Masters to repair leak under sink. They showed up when they were suppose to and repaired the leak. We had purchased a new faucet for the kitchen sink and they put it in while they were here. The work was professional and we were very pleased with them. We will use them again for any plumbing problems.

They were complete pros and very efficient, responded within 1-2 hrs after my call an electric reamer.
