Description of Work: Clay Enger helped us buy then also sell our upscale home in Lubbock. He helped us sell it quickly which was what we asked. He made nice brochures and the closing went very smoothly.

+ -1 moreShe did not provide the best of service for us, the buyer. She was more interested in making the sale than looking out for our best interest. We required, per contract, that repairs to the house before closing date were to be done by A+ BBB contractors and she was to provide receipts of the work done. All the receipts we received were not BBB rated or on Angie's List. Two days before closing we went to the house and had our home inspectors meet us there and we found where the plumbing problems were not repaired properly. Additionally, meetings with the realtor were most of the time cancelled or rescheduled and cancelled, and we were left with the information we needed in a folder at the office for pick-up with no chance to ask questions and go over the material. Very frustrating at times.
Description of Work: She was a realtor for Coldwell Banker and she was to represent us in buying a re-upntal property.

+ -1 moreGary Owen at Caldwell Banker was my Realtor. I had an incredible experience. Gary was always available to us for the 4 months that we searched for a home. We live 9 hours from Lubbock and new nothing about the real estate market there. Gary found us the perfect home for our needs. We always felt that he had our best interest at heart and didn't just want to "sell us a house". We couldn't have been more pleased. He saved us from making many mistakes! He is one of the most informed Realtors that I have ever worked with!
