Class Lawn Sprinkler Service

When we bought a new house, the existing sprinkler needed several repairs. We found Felix on Angie's List and he was terrific. He was on time, professional, reasonably priced, did an excellent job, and was a pleasure to work with. We called him again the next summer when we needed a few more repairs, and again, we were delighted with him and the quality of his work. But today, when we awoke to a flooded yard and a major problem with our sprinkler system, we were unable to reach him. There are two numbers listed here on his profile. One belongs to someone else who says that he gets a lot of calls for Felix, and the other is disconnected. We're super disappointed and hope Felix is well and back in business soon.

He was here on a Thursday March 17 and the sprinklers went off that night and again on Saturday mid-morning. They were supposed to go off on Wed.PM and Sat PM. I tried calling on the 19th to get the adjustment made and no one answered his phone. On approximately the 27th our neighbor turned on his sprinkler system and found that one of his sprinkler heads or pipes (right next to our corner sprinkler head) was broken. I have tried calling Felix on all of his phones and no one ever answers the phone or gets back to me when I leave a message. This is now April 2nd and we have a new unhappy neighbor and a system that goes off whenever it wants.

From start to finish, Felix was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages. I had to reschedule due to work and he was more than accommodating. I highly recommend him!

The whole process went very well. I was particularly impressed when Felix noticed the timer was not working and replaced at no cost to me. His crew worked quickly and were very competent at what they did. I don't usually do this, but this company headed the list with such high compliments, that I felt safe in hiring them without obtaining two more bids. Felix is personable, but focused on serving the customer and getting his work finished. Will definitely use this company again.

Got lucky that Felix had a service client cancel and he had an immediate opening. The crew arrived in less than a hour after the call. Felix was very professional and courteous. Walked us around after the work was completed and explained everything the crew had done. They were very fast and efficient. A total tune-up of our system was long overdue and I would highly recommend them.

I called and left a message for Felix in the morning. I received a return call within a couple of hours. He and his crew were at my house within 30 minutes of the call and completed all work within one hour of arrival. All were very professional and explained what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend this company.

It went very well. They even located a valve beneath a brick patio that was defective and I didn't even know it was there.

I appreciated the fact that Class Sprinklers answered their phone on a Sunday night and showed up at 8:15 a.m. the following Mon. morning. The problem was fixed by 9 am. I appreciated their punctuality because my yard was burning up because the sprinkler system was not working properly. Class Sprinklers also found one broken sprinkler head which they repaired and they adjusted my heads after inspection of the entire system--eight stations each with twelve or more sprinkler heads.

Great experience. he showed up on time, which was important because I had to leave work to get home, and he had the repair done in less than 20 minutes. All the time, he and his crew were professional and prompt. This is the second job I have used him for and would not hesitate to recommend him, or use him again.

Felix surveyed the gardens, told me what was needed, and how it would be done. The crew was careful not to damage existing plantings as they lay the new drip irrigation system, completing the job within the same day. Professional work, professional staff.

I called Felix, left a message, and he returned my call immediately. He was able to come to my house a couple hours later and called prior to his arrival. Felix explained everything he would be checking for and what my options were BEFORE he did anything. A few slight adjustments fixed the problem, so no repairs were needed. Felix even took time to explain how to replace the solenoids myself if the problem recurred. He only charged for the service call ($45) which seemed very reasonable, considering he and his crew spent 30-40 minutes there. Prompt, honest, and very professional ... will definitely use again!

A likeable man who is very precise in his work and clearly explains what he is doing and the reasons for such changes. At first when I called I GOT his answering machine. But it wasn't very long and he returned my call, came out the next day at the designated time we agreed on and it was a "GO" from thereon.

The control box was not communicating with the in-ground water meter. The programming ran, but no water flowed. Felix installed a new irrigation controller and rain/freeze check sensor, explained the set-up of watering stations, times, etc. and how the rain/freeze sensor worked. We are pleased with his work and knowledge of irrigation systems.

Felix is the best irrigation man in town. I called several companies before I called Class Sprinklers and all were dismal. Felix will answer the phone, show up (this is huge...he actually shows up!), give you a fair price, and get the job done right. He used amazing sod that was fresh cut and very green. It took root immediately. If you are looking to get your sprinkler system fixed or install a new system, you can stop looking and call Felix!

I can not express in words of the professionalism and integerty displayed by Felix the Owner of Class Lawn Sprinkler Systems. We have a new home here in lubbock and the Home Builder out sourced the installation of the existing Sprinkler System. The system was put in incorrectly with the spacing of the heads being erratic as well as the wrong sprinkler heads installed. The result was that our lawn needed to be hand watered to get the lawn completely watered. Creative Homes the Home Builder could not be bothered to fix the issue!This is where Felix the owner of Class Lawn Sprinkler Service came into the picture. When I called him and told him the problems we are having he was very quick to come over and idenify the problems and give me a quote to "Strighten Out the Problem" . before we agreed for him to do the work he suggested that I directly contact the Subcontractor. I did and the subcontractor agreed to resolve all my problems based on the information given to me by Felix immediatly. Therefore saving us $625 dollars.When I contacted Felix I told him of the situation and that I felt I needed to compensate him for his time and effort. He contacted me telling me there would be no charge.WOW!I am going to put a check in the mail any way he deserves to be compensated for his time, knowledge, and effort.

Finally decided to get around to fixing our sprinkling system, so I called around noon for a quote. They said they'd try to get out to my house later on in the day, and showed up around 5 PM that night. The employee set up my entire system(had not been touched since I moved in) before giving me a quote to fix all the lines, but said that he likely could save some of those that had been chewed up. They showed up promptly for the appointment and the repair went smoothly. Class managed to put use to the undamaged portions of my lines and the total cost came in less than their initial quote. Class was professional and courteous at all times throughout our interactions.

After contacting several other lawn companies, scheduling different appointments, and receiving no help or even worse not keeping their scheduled appointments, I contacted CLASS Lawn Sprinkler Service. They almost immediately responded to my telephone message, scheduled an appointment and kept the appointment, went over my sprinkler system and found a very small problem with the system. Felix quickly repaired the problem at no cost to me. He said that there was no service charge for first time customers and since he didn't even spend 30 min removing debris from one of my valves and there were no parts replaced - then the entire repair of my system was at no cost. I asked for a card and will definitely use this young man again.
