+ -1 moreI called 806.762.0150 and spoke to Chad Read, who stated he was one of the owners. We discussed the windows at my house, he gave me a rough estimate on the phone (Which happened to be spot on), he scheduled the cleaning and the GM, Chris Robertson showed up on time and very professional. He was in and out in under an hour.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows at my house.

Description of Work: We used this service to clean several rental homes. We understood that their pricing was "$130 for the 1st 4 hours of cleaning, then $30 per hour, thereafter". However, upon receipt of an approximate $3200 invoice, they said that their rate was "per man hour". Upon protesting the invoice, they quickly (though very nastily) agreed to reduce the amount due to about $2,000. This was much more than we've ever paid for a cleaning service and not justified, but we paid the amount, in order to be done with them. If anyone ever uses this cleaning service, be sure to get their rates in writing before work begins.
