About six years ago, I had the pleasure of discovering Budget Blinds and was so pleased with the result that I called them to install shades on the inside of my house as well. On both occasions I worked with Dale and can report he is professional, very helpful , and even made friends with my wild Australian Shepherd Benny. He was so easygoing, with zero pressure and helped me select the perfect shade for my rooms. We know that choosing the right shade can be nerve wracking and overwhelming but this was not my experience with this company. My blinds will be here in three weeks and I'm looking forward to how they will transform the "look" of my rooms. Budget Blinds get straight A's all the way. It is a pleasure to do business with them. . Found exactly what I wanted. But the person that helped me did not like that I had not chosen a bedspread for my room, and was not helpful to me. She made an appointment with me and then said, ""If this appointment does not work for your husband It would just be wasting my and your time." At nine oçlock this morning another company will be installing my window coverings. I will never go near Budget Blinds again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone. I left there feeling insulted and wondering if my money was good enough. Thanks, Teri Davis

1.) All went well. Let curtain hang for a week, then Budget Blinds returned to add chain to curtain to make it hang properly. Added weight to curtain made it hang correctly. Curtain was heavy with both the blackout material and the material picked for front of curtain. 2.) Shutters and shades had to be custom made, but when installed, fit perfectly. Also had an arched pirouette shade for bathroom and shades for sidelights at front door. All installed correctly and in a professional manner. Budget Blinds is the only place I will go for any window treatments I have done.
