+ 0 moreWhat could they have done to improve their services? If there had been a follow up! They were Johnny on the spot sort of speak to get it done, but they were not real carried away with the follow up when I had problems with it. In the beginning, they were very punctual. I would use them again if I had no other choice.
Description of Work: I added an addition and they came out and did the plumbing, heating and cooling for that addition.

+ -1 moreI have some good experiences. They were easy to schedule. They were timely. They were reasonable. They were professional. They took an extra measure of care I thought to not mess with the carpet or anything. It was approximately $20000.
Description of Work: B & R Plumbing and Mechanical. We have them as a plumber. I did an addition to our home. They furnish the mechanical work and the plumbing.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice and listened to what my husband was telling them. They opted to check the wall first, rather than immediately digging up our tile. They were very conservative in finding and repairing the leak. Would have them back with anything else we need in their department.
Description of Work: Checked for a slab leak, found a leak in a pipe that our remodeling guy hit with a nail gun. They were very considerate about making the smallest hole possible. They also changed a valve on our hot water tank

+ 1 moreThey have done a pretty good job both in my home and office. I've been using them for 2 years. The price was standard. They are trustworthy and do good work. They are not cheap but they are not ultra-expensive either. Their prices are in-line. If I call them, they come. They are plumbers so they are not professionals because I am a lawyer and I consider a professional to be someone with advanced schooling but they take care of their business. They also take care of my heating and air conditioning.
Description of Work: I used B & R for backflow valves for my irrigation system for my landscaping.
