+ -1 moreJerimah Chris-Lee and Braydon came and fixed out AC and we’re AWESOME!! they went above and beyond and even went to the extent of cleaning out the unit because it was SUPER dirty. Our AC was sitting at 94-96 so this was seriously so appreciated and relieving <3

Also it was much cheaper than the company I was using. I will continue to use them for any service they provide.

+ -1 moreWe have used Reids several times over the past years. They did a great job of maintaining my mothers ac as well as servicing our heating and air. Many of our family members also use Reids. We have always had the pleasure of Steven being our service man and now we specifically ask for him although each and everyone we have dealt with at Reids has been great. They are always on time, sufficient, professional and personalable. We appreciate that they are prompt we do not have to wait days like most companies that we have used in the past, also they are adequate we have never had to call them back for anything it is always done right the first visit. Lastly, their pricing beats every company I called for estimates that alone speaks volume!

+ -1 moreEven though they were swamped, K C came right out and started trying yo find out problem. He managed to get it working, but it quit again late the next day (Friday). The company sent 2 more men out, even though it was after hours. They finally isolated the problem and got it running again, but we needed a new part. They were at our house first thing Saturday morning with the part. I couldn’t be more pleased!
