4K Construction

We had just bought a house, and needed windows replaced and some french doors put in. We called Johnathan to come out to give us an estimate. He was quick to come out, but when it came time to give us the price, we got the run around because X person was not there, or X store didnt answer his calls etc. After a while we finally pushed a price out of him. We said give us a week to compare all estimates and we will call you back. Called him back and gave him the go ahead to order materials, and he wanted to measure again. It took him two weeks to come back and measure after saying he would be there the next day. When he returned he had all the sudden upped the labor price 1000.00 more. We said okay, just get it ordered and we can handle the price. After waiting another week he had not ordered anything, we knew this because we had to buy the materials up front from the local store. Two weeks went by and still nothing. i have now contacted other companies. We started talking to him in May, gave him the go ahead at the end of may, this is almost the second week in July, and we still have nothing ordered or started. Very Disappointing to say the least. Wasted many days of ours waiting for him to show up when he said he would, never even a phone call to say he was late or couldn't make it. This job is almost a 15,000.00 job he lost.

Complete disappointment.

The person came out, gave me an estimate and advised that he was busy until end of October, 2011. I liked the estimate just that, I didn’t hear back from him. I thought the experience was good and he was a nice person. He came out that day itself, as he was busy he managed to come later part of the day. I liked the price and when I called him, he advised that he was busy till October, 2011. He was good on responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I would like to use him in future.

We were very pleased. His name was Jonathan Luna. It was not great but it was okay. It took them about a week.

Once again, Jonathan Luna with 4 K Construction in Lubbock saved the day. We had drain back up and the drain opening firm came out and punched a hole in the vent pipe in the utility room behind the washer/dryer. Jonathan came out, went under the house, changed out the bad plumbing, climbed into the attic, placed a new vent pipe, replaced the drywall and repaired and patched other places. We were back in business in no time and it all looks better than it did before at minimal cost. Jonathan Luna is a professional and great person to work with for any home remodeling issues.
