BPM replaced our furnace and central air conditioning unit and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the work that was done, the work ethic of the owner and his service technicians and the efficiency of the equipment that was installed. The owner listened to our requests and concerns and recommended an air conditioning unit and furnace appropriate for the size of our home and compatible with our energy efficiency needs. The day of the installation, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were efficient, polite and very neat. They also made sure our dog did not get out of the door when they entered or left the house. We were given an estimate of how long the installation would take and the time frame quoted was met. When the work was completed, Mr. McDonald, the owner, walked us through the operation of new equipment and showed us anything we would need to do to care for the equipment, such as the clean-out drain, changing of air filters and operation of thermostat.
