"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Service tech had money on his mind from the time he walked in. I explained to him that the compressor went out that the outside unit was less than a year old. When the outside unit was replaced they didn’t replace the handler but....then he Interrupted me telling me without looking that he was sure we needed to replace the coil that he was positive the coil wasn’t compatible. Then I told him the coils were new. The air handler was fine but they did replace the coils. Then he goes on to tell me how those coils were not compatible but I knew they were and told him the problem was outside not inside. So he said hold I’m going to check. So he calls someone convinced my coils were incompatible with the outside unit. The person told him on the coils were fine. So eventually after realizing there was no money upstairs we get outside and as he is looking at it he just started naming thing after thing after thing he had to charge me for. He was going to try to charge me for the faulty capacitor until I pointed out it came prewired into the unit that it would be under warranty as well. The guy is just doing what I’m sure he is trained to do but $1250 for just labor? I guess they make their money on trip charges and suckers... This is a 4 hour job....maybe. Unbelievable these guys wanted over $300/hour in labor. Found a second company to do EVERYTHING he quoted me at for $550....."
