Our house is less than 1000 sq ft. Took five days for roof completion and we were left dealing with two leaks. One where the metal roof meets the shingled roof over a patio, but the other in the room in which we are enclosing. It rained 3 days after the final payment made. We sent an email informing Ismael of the leaks and despite several emails and phone calls where false promises were made(by him), , he has never come back to even assess the problem let alone fix it. Very sloppy overall. Tar smears left all over dripedge, improperly installed dripedge, and no drip edge installed at the bottom of the valleys. Obviously he takes no pride in his work. He installed the siding, but left it so dirty with handprints etc it took us hours to wash it off. No respect shown for our property. Half filled soda cans left lying around, even on top of the roof. Several empty beer cans stashed under and behind a shed in the back yard. They did do a good job of pouring a concrete pad and the new addition was completed in a timely manner. The cost would have been appropriate if the work was completed in a satisfactory manner. Now we are left trying to repair these problems. Our last email to Ismael was a request for repayment of 500.00 so we can purchase materials and try and make repairs ourselve. We have not heard from him. There was no respect shown for our property.
