Efrain called to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. We reviewed the project and we agreed on the installation. He installed a 3-lamp ceiling fixture over our kitchen bar, along with a dimmer switch. This was a new installation that required running a new cable. He cleaned up his work area and was friendly and pleasant during the entire time.
