PARSONS ROOFING

Parsons Roofing replaced our roof in August and I was extremely pleased with the entire team of professionals. The roofers took great care in removing the old roof, installing the new roof and cleaning up after themselves. Stuart Parsons and his entire team did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Parson's for any roof work!

Parsons seemed very professional and were very responsive to my request for a quote. I had three quotes and theirs and another were essentially the same, but I went with Parsons due to their outward professionalism and the fact that they were a local company. After I signed the paper work, the sales person asked to put a sign in the yard. He claimed that it wasn't for advertising as much as so he could find my house. I realized after he left that this was just something he says to make me feel alright using my yard as a billboard and I removed the sign. The day arrived for the roof to be installed and everything was downhill from there. They crew of guys putting on my roof were not in fact local, but had driven from Dallas. As they started to rip off the old roof, they "borrowed" a wheelbarrow and a rake from my back yard and used it all day to help them clean up the yard. They didn't ask to use it, they just helped themselves to my yard tools. It made me wonder how they would've cleaned up if I had stashed the tools in the garage. They finished and then left the trailer full of debris in front of my house for 36 hours. After they finished, I noticed that they painted all the metal on the roof. All of it except for a diverter that you can see from my patio. They reused the old metal and it looks really ugly with the old flaking paint. I think that rather than replace the rusty flashing around my chimney, they painted over it after I expressed concern at the beginning that there had been leaks in that area. In the end, no one from Parsons came and inspected the work that was done.

They are outstanding roofers. I would recommend them highly to others. I think they are the most polite and professional people I have dealt with. They get the job done expendiently. They are good people all around. They are very effecient. They are professional and do a good job.

Replaced the roof completely on house including two new turbines. Price included an detached garage.
