After a struggle with a local company who did not show up for appointments that they scheduled and apparently asking questions was an inconvenience to them….we decided to contact Crystal Clear Pools. Excellent decision! Crystal Clear Pools exceeded our expectations and answered all of our questions (no matter how crazy). We are 1st time pool owners and had a lot of questions and concerns. They helped guide us through choices in design, color of tile and coping and made suggestions on things that we never even thought of. Judy and Lindsay were very helpful and professional (even when we changed our mind at the last second). When spending a large amount of money, the expectation of communication shouldn’t be a surprise. Crystal Clear Pools kept us informed and on schedule every step of the way. We would highly recommend Crystal Clear Pools to build your backyard getaway.

They were great, The price was reasonable.

Crystal Clear Pools built an in-ground pool in my yard during the summer of 2015. First off, I would like to say that getting a pool in our yard is one of the best decisions/investments that we have ever made. We have three sons (ages 14 and 10 year old twins) who, in years past, would spend most of the summer on the couch or on their electronic devices simply because it was so outrageously hot in our southwest-facing backyard. Now that we have a pool, our whole family spends most of our spare time outside and the kids are active and having fun. Rather than bickering over whose turn it is to play a video game, they are making up creative pool games and laughing with one another. My husband and I swim every day and particularly enjoy ending our day in the water, looking up at the stars, spending some quiet time talking before bed. We are all in better physical condition now because it is exercising in the water is easy and enjoyable. The only downside is how sad we will all be when the weather gets to cold to swim. We are very glad that we chose Crystal Clear Pools. No job of this size and magnitude goes off entirely without a hitch, but we found the Montemayors/Tibbs to be detail-oriented, focused on quality workmanship, and responsive to any concerns that arose. Most importantly, now that the build is completed, they are willing to stand behind their work. I also really like the fact that we got to work with a locally-owned, multi-generation family business, thus keeping the money we spend on this project within our local community. Early summer of 2015 was a tough time for a pool build. About two days after excavation of our pool began, the rain started and didn't stop for weeks. This left us with a very muddy yard and put the project way behind schedule (through no fault of CCP). Once the rain stopped all the subcontractors were slammed with customers all over the state clamoring for excavation equipment, gunite crews, and concrete pump trucks. Lindsay did a great job of making sure that we got pushed to as close to the front of the line as possible and got our build back on schedule quickly. At each phase of the project one of the members of the Montemayor/Tibbs family were on site, making sure that things went smoothly and all our questions were answered. We especially appreciated Adam's expertise, as we had a less than ideal drainage situation in our backyard and wanted to make certain that the pool and deck were designed to effectively direct drainage from our neighbors' yards away from our house and pool. Adam put together a plan to accomplish this and expertly graded our whole backyard to improve the drainage. He even helped us to make adjustments when, at the very last moment, the city inspector refused to sign off on the retaining wall we had planned. Since the completion of our job there have been a few little things come up (like I say, no job of this size is going to be absolutely perfect) -- some debris left behind by the concrete contractor, a small patch of discoloration in the plaster, a tiny section of grout that cured too fast and is crumbling, and a component of the salt water system that I decided I wanted switched out for the next larger size. In my mind, this stage of a project is the true test of the customer service commitment of a builder. Will they stop returning your phone calls after they collect your last check or will they be responsive until you are satisfied? I am happy to say that the Montemajors/Tibbs passed this test and got back with me right away and took care of all of my concerns. Bottom line: (1) I highly recommend a backyard pool, and (2) I highly recommend this business.

Crystal Clear Pools and Spas did a good job overall. Their price, quality, and professionalism were excellent. I would recommend Crystal Clear Pools and Spas.

Called for an estimate. Left voice mail. No response, called again. Spoke to woman (she did not identify herself) and asked for an estimate, and told her she had been referred by a previous customer. She gave me a quote on the equipment (which was 80% markup of retail price in two online sites) and said she would send out a technician. He was prompt and very courteous and encouraging; however, it has been over a week and I have not received the final estimate.
