 + -1 moreWell only because they told that they were that they provided service particular area in Texas that we frequent a lot and they don't, so we were really upset so now we have to wait three years for the contract is to switch back to AT&T.

 + -1 moreThey provide good service at a good price. I save a lot of money. I have never had a dropped call. It is very easy to go talk to them because there are Verizon kiosks everywhere. They have always been very professional. I will continue to use them.

 + 1 moreWe got our bill yesterday. The monthly rental is $170 for two cell phones and house phone and computer connection. We will continue to use this provider.
Description of Work: We use Verizon for cell phone, computer and internet. We also get home phone through them within the last year. Now we have everything bundled with them. We have been using them for about four to five years now.

 + -1 moreWe do not have a home phone so we use Verizon for all our text messaging, voicemail, and other stuff. We have two phones and we spend about $145 a month for phone services. They provide good service. They are there to help us if we have any questions or concerns. Their pricing is a little high, but overall it is a pretty good cell phone service, and we will continue to use them.

Description of Work: It was my first visit to this location. I am a current Verizon customer, the reason for my visit was to upgrade my telephone to a smartphone. I also was checking prices of course. After taking a sales person, who was very friendly and easy to work with asked me a few questions I realized how much I was over paying in other areas. We did a plan evaluation, decided to downgrade my minutes that I wasn't using. I did an upgrade, I also purchased a tablet and home phone Connect, which saved me tons of money to replace what I had at home. I was very impressed, they make it easy to do business with.
