TUCKER'S UPHOLSTERY-FURNITURE

The chair was taken in around the first week of March to have the cushion and arms re-upholstered as the arms had worn on the ends. We could not match the leather texture exactly, so we decided to do the arms and cushion as they would not be noticeable. The chair was promised in about three weeks. By early April the chair still was not complete. Finally, approximately the 2nd or 3rd week of April, the chair was completed. My son picked it up and delivered it and I saw that the cushion had been recovered, one arm had been recovered, but the right arm had only be 2/3 covered. The last section of this arm had the original leather, which did not match in texture. I called and asked them to please pick up the chair and correct the problem. They finally picked it up and recovered the arm. However, there are 2 stitched seams on each arm. The seams are uneven. The first seam on the left arm is around 7 inches from the end of the arm, whereas the first seam on the right arm is around 5 inches from the end of the arm. This is poor workmanship. I have not contacted them on this as I do not have time to continue dealing with them.
