Description of Work: I have been using them for 32 years. They come out a couple times a year. They are easy to work with if there ever needs to be rescheduling. They have been very good.

Description of Work: They come out every month for pest control services. I have been with them for about 10-15 years and they have gone through some management changes, but I am very happy with them so far.

Description of Work: The inspector came to inspect the house for termites per contract. He arrived at 8 AM instead of 1 PM as scheduled and disagreed with me that was the correct time. His shoes were filthy with muck all over them, and he seemed insulted that he was asked to remove his shoes before walking through the house. He did a quick peek under the sinks and made a quick trip around the house checking for termite damage; however, it is hard to believe that he could have seen anything moving as quickly as he did. I called the company and told them that I was not satisfied with the inspection. They did offer to send someone back out, but I was assured that any damage would be covered without out of pocket expenses to me. I would much rather prevent or catch the damage early. The price of the coverage has increased without notification. Generally, I have been happy with Terminex, but I found this visit to be unsatisfactory. If I were not already under contract with them, I would consider switching. Usually, I am not one to complain, but I expected more out of the visit. Inspections in the past have not been completed so hastily.

The professional appeared the same day I called, reviewed our home, met with me and explained services to be provided for one year if we wished, and was a consummate professional. I was delighted and surprised and was extremely pleased!

Description of Work: I called them for my newly aquired roaches. The first trip didn't do the job so I called them, they promptly returned and used a different product. That did the job.
