He was good on responsiveness but, couldn't help me on pricing. He wasn't working to get the job. He didn't come out to my home and gave him the measurements that I already had. I told him what kind of product I was looking for.

Phillips was GREAT...Mom has Alzheimer's and Ryan, our salesman, was very patient with her as she tried to decide which flooring to get. We came back half a dozen times, and decided and quot;for sureand quot; at least three times. He bid the job and was very clear with us what work was included and what was not. They came in, removed the old flooring, cleaned up the bare concrete slab, installed the new VCT, put back quarter-round trim where appropriate and installed new, painted trim where the old stuff had rotted. Then they cleaned up and left. The amount was just as quoted, and they came right on time, even though we had rescheduled them twice. This was as near perfect a floor remodel as I have seen. The tiles line up perfectly; there are no gaps between tiles, no mushy spots, no bubbles, no laying down of tile over rubble. Just excellent work. They also managed my mother well, as she was anxious about the whole thing and the Alzheimer's didn't help, as she couldn't remember ordering the work. We are delighted with Phillips Flooring, especially Ryan, and heartily recommend them to you.
