Danny called me on 9-17-12 with what he called good news. He said if I waould send him a check for $7,400.00. He would send me a check for $1,100.00. This is very suspicious. When I contacted my insurance rep. (David Heffner), he advised me that this guy, Danny, had cussed him out. When ins. rep. Daivid advised Danny (Omni), that he was not authorized to do ant work by American Ntl. Ins. that was when Danny started using profanity. I challenged Danny (with Omni), on the phone about incomplete repairs (I have pictures) and reminded him I did not authorize him to do anything but wall repair at ground level. At first he tried to say I authorized all work, to include the roof. I reminded him that our conversation only authorizing ground repair of sheetmetal wall was done in the presence of withnesses. One of which is a retired Longview Police Officer who has stated he will give me a sworn affidavidt of what was stated in his presence, which only authorized Omni Constuction/Danny Lee to do the emergency repair of the sheetmetal wall. Danny changed his tune and stated he would call me back on Monday 10-1-12. He has not called me back and I am waiting for the final settlement from my insurance co.
