finish was good on counters and shower. The repair on the Jucuzzi is an eye sore, white speckle splatter in the Earth coloring, over spray over my bathroom ceiling in multiple areas, over spray on new faucet, used white caulk between Chocolate colored walls and Earth bathtub surround, scratches where sanded on Jacuzzi, Wayne never inspected the work once complete. Offered $75 discount for poor attention to detail. Had the wrong drain kit and had to order another. 1 week delay when he could have ordered overnight. painted the bathroom room 4 days before they came. They masked off the room and when removed the tape it ripped the paint off my bathroom. Said the blue tape does not work and the regular white tape soaks up the lacquer and bleeds through to the wall. Would have been nice to know before hand. If Wayne had come by maybe I would have known. There is a chemical resistant low tack tape I used in my screen printing business. It is not paper based. They should research. Wayne said he would come back and look. Didn't show that day and called noon the next day and he said he was at another job...duh...Given the feeling the whole time is that my job was not as important as others, even though I spend over $3000. Offering this and that after the fact is not quality service but rather just cover up to feel better. He should have been on the job. He is the one I hired.

They did a great job. You could not tell it had ever been repaired. I would use this company again.

My husband was at the other house when the work was done. Gentleman arrived on time, did the prep work and spraying, and came early the next day and polished the tub. Looked brand new!

Wayne Adkison with Miracle method did a great job. My tub was the old yellow gold and now its white and looks new. He told me where to get the replacement handles for the tub, prior to the refinishing. Then, Wayne installed with hardware back. Wayne was very punctual and professional. Wayne cleaned his work area up before leaving. Thanks Wayne. I will recommend you to everyone.

I bought my first home an older home which was disguised as in good and remodeled condition when I bought it. Little did I know it was all just cover ups and they had indeed left me a mess with the main restroom being one of the larger problem areas. It was not functional! The walls were old dirty tile that goes over halfway up the wall, a tub that was totally unfunctional as they had propped some knobs on to make it look fixed when they actually only half turned on the water before they began to fall off, a shower head that leaked when water was on wether you had the shower knob on or not and the tub itself was peeling, cracking and dirty from where they had used house paint to try to cover up it's old dirt and scars to try to make the sale! I had been doozied! I began searching for a restoration company and found Miracle Methods threw one of the little books that often sit around in the baby stores with different company advertisings in it. I checked out the web site and thought it looked great and decided to give Wayne Adkison my local rep a call for an estimate appointment. He was brief but politeand to the point with his scheduling and what to expect. He also made sure to make the appt at a time that was good for me which shows he was very considerate. The day of the scheduled appointment he was prompt and on time even traveling from Longview to Tyler, he came in and looked at the problem area, measured, aske of my expectations and desires and showed me what he had to offer leaving me with a bid for every area I inquired about even other areas in the house that I didn't originally ask about! Wayne called as a reminder a week before the scheduled tome for him to come out and showed up promptly as promised on the day of! This man is VERY prompt something you don't get alot in contracters or remodelers anymore. Without bothering me any after greeting me and asking about my night he got right to work and worked for hours on in without asking for anything not even to use the restroom! Ate lunch outside and back to work with not one bother. He took just the amount of days he notified me that it would take to finish making sure to clean up each day after he was finished for the day even sweeping the floor in the areas they walked and worked. He tells you each extra step he has to make and lets you decide if you want to add that in or not and what to expect price wise if you choose to do it. Always a beautifu job and is so very careful when taping up areas around where he will work it's amazing! This is my second restroom he has done for me and I would tell anyone he is the way to go. He also does countertops and I am considering him for that as well! He is a very professional man that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable (I am a single mom) and that is always important because a creepy person is never any good! I would highly recommend this person for all your resurfacing and restoration needs for tub, tile and countertops!
