Merry Maids of Longview

Sometimes I'm not here when they come. They have a protocol sheet that they follow. I'd recommend hem. They did just fine.

I was interested in Merry Maids when recently searching for a cleaning service. After reviewing their website, I emailed them to set up an appointment for a quote. After a week with no response to my email, I decided to call the contact number. The lady who answered the phone did not identify herself nor the company and after I told her my concerns proceeded to tell me that the owner would follow up with me the next day. Almost a month later I have yet to hear anything from the owner via phone or email. I have since found another cleaning provider and I am very happy with their service. Obviously Merry Maids in Longview, Texas are not in need for any new customers since they can not seem to return emails or phone calls. Good Luck in their endeavors to keep their franchise open with that type of customer service.

They have done a very nice job. Reseanable price and they provide all the supplies.

It's not a good service and they're very expensive. I had used them for 4 or 5 months. They came every other week. They stay for maybe 3 hours. They'd be here when they said they would be. My daughter used them, too and we were never successful in teaching them with how to make the bed. They got them all backwards, upside down, anything you can think of it. I just gave up with them.

They cleaned my house while I was at work. I think that their pricing is very high.

They do a good job. They are very consistent. I did have some problems early on with them but they changed their cleaning crew so all the problems were resolved and everything is nice and neat when I come back home.
