Excellent service.
Description of Work: Water on keyboard of a laptop. System would not boot. Liam found the motherboard was damaged. He was able to recover all the data from the SSD. Quick same day turnaround. Highly recommend.

When my 2014 desktop crashed I wasn't sure if I'd be able to save anything on there or not. After taking it to Liam Tek, not only was he able to save everything it was done very fast and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!! Will go back to him when I need a new computer and have him build me one!!

Liam is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I took my computer in late on Friday just as he was closing. He called me on monday to say that there was nothing wrong, that everything looked good and to come get it. That was great news! What was even better, that he didn't charge me at all for the diagnostic. I was incredulous! He spent time and effort but didn't charge me for it. I was impressed! In addition, he told me about apps to protect me and my computer. Again, I was very impressed and will gladly recommend him to anyone who has any kind of tech issues.

He carried the computer from and back to my car the same day I brought it into his very clean, pleasant shop. "Call me when and if you want the upgrade. I'll place an order and you can bring it back, then."
Description of Work: After asking what it was that I wanted to fix, evaluated my Mac 2007 desk top, removed some programs that I said I never used, stated that he could put another 2 gigs of memory in place for $100.00, if I wanted but that it didn't look like I really needed the upgrade. "Just stop listening to people who don't know anything about Apple," he said, "You think it's slow, but it's OK."

Very nice young man, very professional and knowledgeable. Expediate work at very reasonable prices. He has me as a future customer. I feel that he is honest and does what is best for the customer, not for him.
Description of Work: Replace the battery on my iPhone. Went through a 5 year old HP laptop that had problems. He recommend not spending any money on it because the hard drive was short lived. No charge to check out the computer. You don't see that often.

My visit with Liam Tek went very well. Liam is always on point and honest about what my device will and will not do. He is able to remote access my machine, but I've never had to use this service. I'm sure it'll be very beneficial when I do need it.

Called and no answer. He called back immediately. Drove over to the business and within half hour had the speaker part replaced and didn't have to send my phone in and be without it for 2 or 3 days. I will never have anyone work on any and all iphones I will ever possess but William at LiamTek in Longview, TX. Friendly, non-threatening, knows what he is doing. Good Job.

Liam is excellent. He has some of the best prices in town (1st time - $500, 2nd time - $75, 3rd time - $125), quick service, extremely knowledgable, and above all, he is honest.

It was wonderful. He was amazing and he did it within a day. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: The screen broke on my laptop so you couldn't see anything. Everyone else I talked to besides him, told me it would be cheaper to buy another computer. He was able to fix it for under $100.

Description of Work: Our computer wouldn't work at all. He came to the house and he got the virus off and installed an anti-virus software. He also worked on our router and worked on my laptop. I also took my husband's computer in because the screen was broken and he fixed that.
