They started out good but slowly went downhill. After not showing up twice when they said they were, they sent 2 guys that seemed to not be very experienced. After their 3rd trip, they finally finished. Had to call them back twice due to leaks. They promptly came out and apologized and fixed it. The 3rd time we had to call them back, they came out and stayed about 10 minutes and said "This is not our fault or our problem". They blamed it on the house leveler people. What ticked me off was the fact that they did not even offer to fix the problem for an additional fee which I would have been glad to pay. Then the final blow - they sent me a bill for $45 for their 10 minute service call which in my mind was still a warranty call. I promptly threw it in the trash.
Description of Work: Remodel of hall bath. Demo existing tub & remove existing toilet to be installed later by owner. Repipe existing plumbing to install left hand tub and tie in condensate drain to sewer. Furnished tub, valve and trim. Relocated water closet and lavatory. Rework existing sewer line to relocate fixtures. Relocated water supplies, installed new stub-outs and shut off valves. Owner installed tub trim and toilet.
