The initial sanding was done well - provider talked me in to doing wax vs staining and polyaurethene covering - floor became dull because it appeared only one coat of wax was applied = had to have floors redone

Great salesperson - good selling skills and helpful in picking out products, but she was finished after the sale. Our whole house was floored in limestone, but the store/salesperson did not order enough. The floors look pretty good everywhere but my kitchen where they were having to make do in trying to find more product to match. The "bigwigs" came out two or three times, but they never offered any solutions except that they would give me a couple of rugs to cover things up (but they never followed through on that). We have been in our house five years now and the tile is falling off the balconies, chipping like mad around the pool and every time I mop my kitchen floor I get mad all over again at the lousy job of unmatched tiles and grout.

I would not recommend them. I have tall windows, and the electric shades never worked right. They sent somebody out to take one away. The guy came out on the Labor Day last year. I still haven't gotten the shades back yet. They are just doing it at all. I also have them installed the countertop and the sink for me, and now the sink is going. I am going to report this with the better business bureau. Their follow-up and the support is not up to the mark.

It went very well. They are very friendly and had the best price in town. I had a minor issue with a transition after the job was done and they came right out and repaired it. I would definitely recommend them.

The installation of the hardwood went fine but the salesperson was very disappointing. Home Plus should stand behind their bid and complete the job.

They never came out or called us. It was a week or so later when I called them. When I did call the person that was suppose to come was no longer at that store. I was waiting for a call from the manager but never got a call.
