+ -1 moreThey were professional, friendly and careful with everything. Some of the boxes had glass and we were going to move them ourselves because we had not packed them carefully. But they said they would be very careful with them. Nothing was broken in spite of our careless packing.
Description of Work: We moved my mom from a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment to a one bedroom upstairs apartment.

+ -1 moreExcellent service! Very courteous, professional, and impressive movers. They took great care in packing our belongings into the truck and ensuring everything was secured and safe. They were infinitely patient with us when moving our belongings back into the new house, even though some things needed to be rearranged more than once. Our move took most of a Saturday but they never complained once. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were charming and gentle with my furniture. A lot of the furniture is sitting right where they put it. They put together an antique armoir better |than it has ever been put together. I thought I would have to hire a specialist |to get that done. I was very impressed with everyone one the crew. Description of Work: They moved a three bedroom house and garage. I have a lot of stuff! They brought a 24' U-Haul truck and another smaller moving truck. I wished they had brought bigger trucks. When I had talked to the lady I told her we had a lot of stuff. Not all of it fit, and we spent several days moving the rest to our new home, about 10 miles away. They worked hard, and it was late by the time they finished unloading at our new house. I have spent several days moving stuff from where it was left in the new house to where it should of gone in the house. They were on the clock, so I know we were hurrying to get it all done. Everything made it to our new house. We had a few nicks and scraps, but happy that I found them to do all the heavy lifting. They were very nice. I would recommend.

+ -1 moreActually I hate to write this, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance of hiring these movers. A ring was stolen by one of the workers, and was sold at Gold Exchange. Fortunately the owner called the Sheriff's Department. He was arrested and we were told of a possible gang doing breaking and entering. We got the ring back from the Investigations Officer. All information is available with Gregg County Sheriff Department and Longview Police Department. Could have been a very, very bad experience.

+ -1 moreI had a small office move that I needed complete asap. Mr. Higgs was available the following afternoon and brought 3 helpers. They had everything from wrapping and loading to unloading completed in about an hour. He and his staff were polite and professional and took extra care not to damage any of my furniture or equipment. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I require further moving assistance.
